Role Summary:

As a Client Ambassador, you will act as the face of Eindhoven Apartments, providing exceptional support to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the clients’ transition to Eindhoven is seamless, and their stay in our apartments is comfortable.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome new clients and help them settle into their accommodation.

- Provide insights on local amenities such as healthcare, banking, and transportation.

- Be the go-to person for clients’ queries and requests during their stay.

- Foster positive relationships with clients and local partners.

- Provide feedback to the management on clients’ needs and suggestions.

- Uphold the values and standards of Eindhoven Apartments.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or relocation services.

- Strong knowledge of Eindhoven and surrounding areas.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and address clients’ needs efficiently.

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.

- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when required.

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and office applications.
